Where can I see the bike?
Currently, our bamboo bikes are sold on our website only. We will soon offer you events in department stores and other surprises :)
The Möbius Paris can be viewed at JE SUIS A VÉLO (26 Rue de Rivoli, 75004 Paris).
You can book a test in Paris or a zoom meeting if you are elsewhere.

Is the bike certified?
Yes.
The Möbius bamboo electric bike is approved to current European standards (EN-15194 for the bike and EN-62133 for the battery).
Which accessories are compatible with the Möbius Paris (VAE)?
You can choose eco-responsible Möbius Bike accessories.
We have developed a bamboo basket and luggage rack suitable for our electric bike.
Regarding additional accessories, the majority of existing accessories are compatible with Möbius. Do not hesitate to write to us if you have any doubts.

Are Möbius bicycles light?
We have designed our two models of eco-responsible bikes to be as light as possible.
The electric bike weighs 17.5 kg and its battery 2 kg. It is below the market average thanks to bamboo and recycled aluminum.
The muscle bike weighs 12 kg, which is very light for a city bike.
Is bamboo a strong material?
Bamboo is a very sturdy material. It has long been used in structural constructions in Asia and Africa. Its fibers have a higher tensile strength than any other normal wood fiber and higher than steel. In addition, bamboo is soft, light and flexible at will.
Our manufacturing and assembly processes have been patented and rigorously tested .
Bamboo has another advantage: it absorbs vibrations and therefore improves driving comfort. In addition, we use bamboo from sustainable sources. Compared to wood, bamboo has a much shorter regeneration cycle.
Finally, we guarantee the frame for 5 years.

Is the bike connected?
Yes, our electric bamboo model is smart and connected !
We have developed a complete mobile application compatible with the
majority of smartphones (IOS and Android). She allows to :

What is the battery life?
Our bamboo electric bike has a battery with a range of between 50 and 70 km according to our tests (in standard use). Which is quite suitable for a city bike .
The autonomy depends on the level of assistance, the topography and the weight of the load.
Is there a screen on the Möbius e-bike?
Yes. The screen is integrated into the handlebar stem.
We chose a black LCD screen to optimize visibility and your driving experience.
Can I ride the e-bike without the battery?
Yes.
The bamboo electric bike is designed to work with and without a battery, with minimal resistance to allow you to finish your journeys, and modulate your electricity consumption for more eco-responsibility.
How does support work?
If you've never ridden an electric bike before, make an appointment with us for a test drive , it's great!
Concretely, the assistance starts when you pedal thanks to the torque sensor (5 adjustable levels).
It stops when you reach 25 km/h or when you stop pedalling.

How long is the warranty?
The warranty for our two bamboo models is 2 years.
The frames are guaranteed for 5 years.
How does the warranty work?
A problem with your Möbius bike?
Contact us on sav@mobius.bike, we will find a solution with you as soon as possible.
short delays. We take care of the repair of your Möbius electric or muscle bike by our partner Cyclofix or our reseller partners.
If the repair requires the shipment of specific replacement parts,
we ship them to your place and we provide you with a bike of
replacement during the repair.
What does the warranty cover?
For routine maintenance of your Möbius bike or punctures, you can contact our partner Cyclofix or a repairer near you.
For the rest, and even if we work hard so that our bikes are the
reliable as possible, faults may occur (electronics,
motor, battery, belt, etc.). In this case, we take care of the
parts and repairs.
The delivery
How will my Möbius arrive?
In order to minimize the carbon footprint of transport,
the bike will arrive almost 100% assembled with protections from
recycling or recovery. All you have to do is adjust the handlebars.

What is the delivery time after ordering?
The delivery time is indicated on the product page.
The general lead time is 10 days to 2 weeks for bikes in stock.
Can I change my mind upon receipt?
We're sure you'll love your Möbius.
But if this
is not the case, you will be able to cancel your order up to 14 days
after receipt of the bike and you will be fully refunded (including
possible transport costs).

What is the cost of delivery ?
Delivery of your Möbius bamboo bike is free to the address of your choice (in mainland France).
A fee of €89 is applied for deliveries to:

- Belgium
- Luxemburg
- Germany
